Shipping Process

Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order here. Shipping generally takes 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday). We offer free delivery on all orders within the Canada.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please note that delays may occur due to factors such as peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us. If your order still hasn't arrived after that period, please reach out to us at info@pyrastyle.com and we will investigate the issue.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@pyrastyle.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and email it to info@pyrastyle.com. We will address the issue by sending you a replacement or the correct item.
